It is an entire physical machine dedicated to you. At LoopHost the server is true bare metal: there is no hypervisor or virtualized instance between you and the hardware, and CPU, memory and disks are never shared with any other client.
Models marked "Delivered in 24h" are ready within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. The 2x Xeon Gold 6138 is delivered within 7 days. For on-request models and custom configurations, we give you the lead time along with the quote.
No. Services are monthly with no lock-in: you can cancel whenever you want. Just request cancellation at least 8 days before the next due date to avoid the next invoice.

Yes. On our public looking glass (lg.srx.net.br) you can run ping, traceroute and BGP queries from our network and check the latency to your users.
