LoopHOST is committed to maintaining the integrity of our hosting services and ensuring that our servers are not used to send spam or any form of unsolicited electronic communication. This anti-spam policy was developed to establish clear guidelines and ensure that our customers strictly comply with anti-spam regulations.
Prohibition of Spam Activities
Sending spam is strictly prohibited. We consider spam to be the sending of unsolicited bulk messages, regardless of their content.
Customer Responsibility
- The content and contact lists must comply with the LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
- The express consent of recipients is mandatory.
- All bulk communication must offer an unsubscribe option.
- LoopHOST may monitor account activity to ensure compliance with this policy.
What We Consider SPAM
- Sending more than 150 messages per hour from a domain on the hosting servers.
- Sending bulk emails from VPS or dedicated servers.
- Sending bulk emails from external servers with links to LoopHOST’s infrastructure.
- Sending unsolicited emails from purchased lists, without the recipients’ authorization.
Mitigation Measures
In the event of a violation, the account may be suspended or canceled without prior notice. The customer is legally responsible for any spam sent from their services.
Reporting
Spam reports can be forwarded to our abuse department by email at abuse@lhost.net.br.
Review and Update
This policy is reviewed periodically to align with best practices and current legislation.
