Legal information

LoopHOST charges exclusively for the VPS server (compute, memory, disk, network and infrastructure). The applications are third-party open-source or "fair-code" software, installed at no cost as a convenience; LoopHOST does not sell, resell or license these applications.

Use of each application is governed by its project’s license, and the customer, as owner and operator of the instance, is responsible for complying with it.

Applications are installed at the version available at activation time. Updates, settings, workflows, integrations and instance content are the customer’s responsibility. LoopHOST support covers the server and the initial installation, not the internal use of the applications.

Connecting WhatsApp by QR code uses WhatsApp Web, which is not the official API. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers used for automation or bulk messaging; use must comply with WhatsApp’s terms and applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD.
